Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving the prescription. To cancel an order:

1. Before Shipment If you cancel the order within 24 hours of receiving the prescription and before the product is shipped, there will be no charges incurred.

2. After Shipment If you need to cancel the order after it has been shipped, a Rs. 80 delivery fee will apply for the to-and-fro delivery expenses.

Consultation Cancellation

If you need to cancel a consultation, simply inform our customer care executive when they contact you to confirm your availability. There are no charges for cancelling a consultation before it begins.
