Herbal Maza is a technology platform that enables and facilitates the (i) online sale and purchase of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products (“Products”) by the Users; and (ii) interaction, transaction, communication, and dealing between the Practitioners and the Users who are desirous of availing the opinions, statements, answers, diagnosis, advice, and e-prescription in relation to their health and wellness issues from the Practitioner by way of tele-communication, conferencing, online chat, or any other means that the Platform may provide at its discretion (“Consultation Services”).

It is clarified that the term “Practitioner” shall mean any person permitted to practice medicine by the MCI (Medical Council of India) or any concerned State Medical Council as a ‘registered medical practitioner’ and who is listed on the Platform for the purpose of providing Consultation Services to the Users. The facilitation of the sale and purchase of the Products and the availing and provision of the Consultation Services in accordance with the terms and conditions herein are collectively referred to as “Services”.

The Terms contained in this electronic record read with the Privacy Policy (as defined below) of Herbal Maza, as available and uploaded on the Platform, or any other specific terms and conditions, as applicable or relating to the sale and purchase of the Products and availing and provision Consultation Services which are incorporated herein by reference, shall constitute the entire legally and binding agreement between you and Herbal Maza in connection with your access, usage, visit or use of the Platform for the purchase of Products and availing the Services, in any manner.
